Before joining us in May 2023 David qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and was a partner in another well respected niche practice, Morton Pugh Welch for over 25 years.
David’s main areas of practice are Residential and Commercial Property transactions where his wealth of experience and extensive knowledge are relied upon on a daily basis by a cross section of clients from first time buyers through to those with a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties as well as their agents.
David is driven by a desire to provide a professional service that matches his own high expectations combined with being both approachable and personable.
