In advising a range of clients, both public and private, large and small, together with advice for individual clients, we know that clients value our approach to ensure that the right fee earner is assigned for their particular matter. This in turn, especially when it comes to legal disputes, is closely linked to the value of the claim. Every legal matter is important to every client, but in cases, for example, involving debt recovery in the Small Claims Court, the cost of our service must be proportionate to the amount in dispute and the fact that costs are not generally recoverable.

For other matters, such as Insolvency law advice and disputes, the rules are highly technical and specialist and experienced advice is extremely important for clients. Far too often we unfortunately come across situations where clients either come to us having had a less than satisfactory experience with another solicitor that is a generalist but claims to be able to handle a case or where an opponent also instructs a solicitor who in reality does not have the knowledge and experience in the relevant area of law.
